The aim of the present study was to investigate the causal relationship between teacher motivation and self-efficacy with new teachers' professional commitment through a causal model based on Bandura’s cognitive-social theory and self-determination theory. Quantitative research method is descriptive and structural equations. The newly-employed teachers of Khorasan Razavi starting to work in 1995, 1996 and 1997, constitute the statistical population of the research. In order to test the model, a sample of 347 subjects was selected from 3339 newly-employed teachers in Khorasan Razavi. Questionnaires of teacher motivation, teacher self-efficacy and teacher professional commitment were developed and validated by the researcher. Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, t-test and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. The results of Pearson correlation showed that teacher motivation, teacher self-efficacy and teacher professional commitment were correlated with each other (p < 0.05). By implementing the structural equation model to test the relationship between teacher motivation and teacher self-efficacy and professional commitment, it was found that the proposed model has a good fit and professional commitment is well predicted and explained through teacher self-efficacy and teacher motivation as: NNFI = 0.93, RSMEA = 0.09.

The results of various studies in different organizations show that, currently, methods and styles of staff training face various shortcomings and challenges and the effectiveness of training does not meet the expectations of stakeholders. Therefore, it seems that conventional approaches to pathology of training in organizations are not sufficient and this issue requires a more comprehensive and in-depth approach. This study was conducted in response to this necessity and its purpose was to present a new approach to the pathology of staff training in public organizations and to provide alternative solutions in this field. For this purpose, the method of casual layered analysis (CLA) has been used, which is based on the pathology of issues at different levels and the explanation of alternative solutions. The method of data collection and analysis was based on a qualitative and expert-oriented process (literature review, semi-structured interview and expert panel). Accordingly, the causes of the ineffectiveness of training methods and approaches in public organizations have been identified at four levels: litany, structure, discourse/worldview, and metaphor/myth. Based on this, alternatives have been proposed that can provide different scenarios for the future of staff training. The results of this study emphasize the development of training approaches based on storytelling that are rooted in Iranian literature, religion, art, and historical and mental backgrounds. In this regard, learning styles based on case studies, narrations, participatory workshops and new discourses in the field of human capital development provide a dynamic platform for improving training approaches in these organizations.

The results of this research can be used when the reliability of the data is acceptable. Researchers to estimate the reliability of these data are the means of inter-rater reliability of Cronbach's alpha is used. The formula for errors in the data are considered as random error, while systematic errors exist in many of the conditions that must be considered when estimating their reliability. For this reason, these formulas can not properly estimate the reliability assessment. This article attempts to application generalizability theory to predict the reliability of the assessment will be presented. The weaknesses of classical test theory and the ability to estimate the reliability generalizability theory described. Then explained the steps to applying generalizibility theory with crossed and nested measurement models with an example that researchers using them can make job analysis, reliability of data more accurately to estimate.

The aim of this research was to evaluate the lived experiences of educational leaders, one of the characteristics of successful managers of multi-grade schools. The current research is applied in the basin and its method is based on the phenomenon of multi-grade schools and the need to deeply understand it from the perspective of people who have had direct experience; It was selected based on qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenological method, and 15 principals of multi-grade schools in Torghabeh-Shandiz city were interviewed as a targeted research sample. A semi-structured interview was used to collect the data and thematic analysis was used to analyze the research data. In order to validate the results, it was given to three experts in educational sciences and approval was obtained based on expert judgment. In relation to the first question of the research, with the aim of analyzing the challenges and consequences of multi-level schools, fourteen general themes were placed in four central dimensions including organizational challenges, educational challenges, and cultural challenges. In relation to the second question of the research, with the aim of explaining the characteristics of efficient multi-level managers, ten general themes were calculated in the form of four central dimensions, the focus of local community interactions, educational facilitator, moral values and productive and constructive attitude. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that facing the challenges and consequences of multi-level schools requires the change of capable and efficient managers, which will lead to a new orientation towards multi-level schools and reduce the reductionist view of these schools. If the existing procedure regarding multi-grade schools continues and its management process is neglected; It will cause a gap in the teaching and learning process and students drop-out.

This study aims to design a model for digital governance in education. The research employed a qualitative approach and, in terms of its objective, is foundational, utilizing the synthesis research method proposed by Sandelowski and Barroso (2007). The research corpus consisted of scientific documents (articles, theses, dissertations, books, and working reports) accessible in reliable domestic and international academic databases from 2015 to 2023. From these, 30 documents were selected through purposeful sampling for analysis. To analyze the data, codes were first extracted from the texts, and then categories were formed. Finally, a model for digital governance of education was developed. To ensure the validity of the findings, the descriptive and interpretive validity method (which involves a structured process of writing and recording findings and utilizing the vital tools outlined by Glynn, 2006) was employed. For assessing the reliability of the identified codes, the inter-coder agreement method was used, yielding a reliability coefficient of 81.48. The results led to the design of a model consisting of 13 categories for digital governance of education, including: the digital governance approach, digital hard technologies and infrastructures, digital platforms and soft technologies, digital curriculum and content, digital governance actors, digital governance competencies, governance processes and procedures, policymaking, norms, digital rules and regulations, digital regulation, nodes and connections between elements and agents, digital monitoring and supervision, and the contextual backdrop of digital governance of education. It can be concluded that governance, as a discipline integrated with digital technology, positions digital governance of education as a viable solution to the current challenges in the education system.
