The goals of this qualitative research are the experiences of school managers and educational leaders from interacting with incompetent teachers, reflecting the experiences of school community members from employing ineffective teachers and understanding how these teachers deal with members of the school community. Qualitative data were analyzed with purposeful sampling and the Grounded theory strategy in a systematic way through interviews with 46 participants who were members of the school community of Sanandaj city,collected during 5 months in three stages of theoretical coding. 211open codes, 60 axial and 17 selective codes were counted and a final model was extracted with MAXQDA 2020. Contributors demonstrate the livelihood and cultural issues of teachers and the politicization of education as the existing fields of recruiting unqualified teachers,defects in recruitment practices and defective bureaucracy in the education system for the reasons for hiring these teachers,supporting professional development,helping to promote job satisfaction and the implementation of punitive measures as solutions to interact with these teachers and the triple skills of managers have been mentioned as effective factors involved in their leadership.Presenting the results in two dimensions, positive and negative, with the final civility of this process, is one of the innovations of this research. Based on the results, very few of these teachers changed and the academic performance has been achieved; But many of these teachers are not transformed and neglecting the psychosocial aspects of students, they have left a weakness in establishing human relations, unprofessionalism and an undesirable educational restitution in their career field.

Most of the administrators of the universities are faculty members and they have not received the necessary training and have not been evaluated in an organized manner. Considering the importance of paying attention to competency in the selection of efficient and effective administrators and considering the critical role of universities in the society, the aim of the current research is to development and validation a general competencies model for public universities’ administrators in Tehran. A qualitative method was used in this research; Thematic analysis method was used to design the competency model and Delphi technique was used to validation the designed model. The sample was the administrators of the public universities in Tehran, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 27 of them. After the qualitative analysis of the implemented interviews, the primary model was extracted using thematic analysis. Delphi technique was used to validating the extracted model, and the final competency model, which consists of 12 competencies, was formulated with the opinion of experts. Competencies were classified into three general categories: managerial competencies, interpersonal competencies, and personal characteristics. Managerial competencies include leadership, organizational awareness, problem solving, planning and organizing, and supervision and control; Interpersonal competencies include communication skills, networking and negotiation and persuasion, and personal characteristics include result orientation, continuous learning, resilience and professionalism. Considering the key role of managers in achieving the goals of universities, it is recommended to use the competency model extracted in this research for the appointment and promotion of administrators.

The purpose of this research was to identify and validate the components of learning culture in schools. The current research method was descriptive-survey, the statistical population of the research was all primary school teachers in Ardabil city, numbering 2730 people. Of these, 3500 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. In order to collect data, the researcher made a learning culture questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 88. used. For data analysis, according to the research questions, confirmatory factor analysis and sample t-test were used. The results of the research showed that most of the items have a suitable factor loading (higher than 0.7) on the related variable and these factor loadings are significant at the 0.01 level. In other words, the t value corresponding to each factor load is greater than its critical value (2.58) at the 0.01 level. As a result, these indicators have the necessary accuracy to measure their related structure. The findings and results of the research indicate that the establishment of learning culture in schools depends on the realization of the studied factors and components. Therefore, by institutionalizing the culture of learning in schools, the administrators and officials of education should take a step towards developing the culture of learning quality in schools.

Financial literacy has different meanings for different people.For some, it has a broad concept including economic understanding and how family decisions affect economic conditions, and for others, it has the concept of focusing on money management, including budgeting, savings, investment, and insurance.This is one of the human concerns of well-being and comfort in life.The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of parents' financial literacy on students' financial literacy and the relationship between financial literacy and financial socialization and financial self-efficacy of high school students in Afghanistan(Mazar-i-Sharif city).The secondary school of Mazar-e-Sharif was in 1400, when students from religious schools, teacher training, literacy, vocational, agricultural, and non-governmental schools, as well as considering the existing conditions, were refused to attend the marginal schools of the city to conduct research. The statistical population in question was 3180students with their parents, separated (1505 girls, 1675 boys), and 282 students(134 boys,148 girls)were selected as a sample using Morgan's table, and the students and parents responded to the financial literacy questionnaire, the data were collected through correlation and The structural model was analyzed using Spss22 and Amos22 software and the results showed that parents' financial literacy has an effect on students' financial literacy and financial literacy is related to financial socialization and financial self-efficacy.Therefore, it is possible to expand financial literacy in the society through parents,and it is suggested that schools, while training and strengthening the financial literacy of students, take the initiative and organize financial literacy training workshops for parents as well.

The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a virtual education model using the interpretive structural modeling method at Farhangian Khorasan Razavi University. This research was a descriptive survey-cross-sectional type in terms of practical purpose and implementation method. The current study population was the staff and faculty members of Farhangian Universities of Razavi Khorasan Province, including two campuses of Brothers and Sisters and five faculty centers, each center was considered one floor. According to the principle of theoretical saturation, the samples of the present study were determined by 13 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method after checking the inclusion criteria. The data of this study were collected through interviews and research literature of library studies (content validity was confirmed above 70% and reliability was obtained with the retest method after a two-week test) and were analyzed with thematic analysis and three rounds of Delphi. Then, by transforming the relationship matrix and creating consistency in the relationship matrix, the ISM graph was drawn and the type of variables was also determined using MICMAC analysis. According to the analysis of interviews and library studies and research literature, virtual education in Farhangian University was in the form of 12 variables. These 12 variables were stratified in 5 levels. Today, due to the necessity of social changes, education is considered one of the complex and large organizations in any country, and its fruitfulness is, on the one hand, turning gifted people into balanced and developed people, and on the other hand, providing the human resources needs of the society in different cultural sectors. It is social and economic. In this regard, capable employees who are proficient in their individual duties, by providing better performance, save organizations in possible crises and create golden situations for the organization. According to what was stated, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the dimensions of incivility in the workplace on the mastery of individual tasks and individual work adaptation through the mediating role of trust in the supervisor among the employees of the General Department of Education in Gilan province. which is descriptive-correlative in terms of its practical purpose and field-type in terms of how it collects information. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the General Department of Education of Gilan province, numbering 265 people, and based on the proportional stratified sampling method, 174 of them were studied as a statistical sample. The findings of the research show that trust in the supervisor has a partial mediating role in the relationship between the supervisor's incivility on individual task mastery and individual work adaptation, but trust in the supervisor has a full mediating role in the relationship between colleague's incivility on individual work adaptation.
