Background and purpose: Public Schools in Iran are far from the principles of the learning organization due to their structural and managerial characteristics which are affected by the centralized management structure. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a qualitative model for the development of learning public schools.Method: The research approach is qualitative and a semi-structured interview was conducted through targeted sampling with 22 experts from the Ministry of Education and schools in Tehran until reaching theoretical saturation. In order to explore the development model of learning schools, data analysis was done using the foundational data theory and through MAXQDA software.Findings: After conducting qualitative interviews and coding, general categories and subcategories and identification concepts and causal factors, background factors, intervention factors, strategies and consequences of development of learning schools were determined and finally the development model of learning schools with 6 main dimensions and 17 subcategories. And 221 indicators were designed. Results: The managers of the Ministry of Education and all the stakeholders of the schools, taking into account the causal factors and background and intervening conditions and adopting strategies in the field of human resource empowerment, development of knowledge and learning management, team and collaborative learning, learning communication network and self-assessing school, responsible and Respondents can benefit from the benefits of developing learning schools.

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of work-life balance in causal relationships between organizational virtue and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers and suggest a causal model in relation to it. The study population included all staff of Kaleybar district schools who were selected by cluster sampling method and Cochran's formula, 200 people. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. Standard data questionnaires were used to collect data, all of which had good validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using SPSS and lisrel software in the form of t-tests and structural equation modeling. The results show that the organizational virtue of schools directly has a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of Kaleybar education staff; Also, the hypothetical model test shows that organizational virtue can influence teachers' organizational citizenship behavior by mediating work-life balance. The research findings emphasize the importance of organizational virtue of schools and the organizational citizenship behavior of employees, as well as the work-life balance of teachers.

The dissatisfaction from the educational system’s performance to answer the increasing needs of the today society and the weak caoabilities of its outputs to achive the pre determind objectives, have confronted the todey’s education with serious challenges. accordingly, the present study was aimed to Study of the Components and Indicators of Effectiveness of Secondary Schools in Hormozgan Province in order to provide a model for improving the educational system in schools. the purpose of this research is applied and in terms of information gathering method, a quantitative-qualitative approach has been taken. the statistical population includes experts in the field of school effectiveness which in part of quantitative research, included all school principals, teachers and students in Hormozgan province during the academic year of 2017-18 (N=6800), also In the qualitative section, the statistical population was estimated with a theoretical saturation of 10 people. the sample size was estimated to be 364 by Cochran formula. A stratified sampling was used to select the sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the 5-item scale. Reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha and Validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content were confirmed through several experts. To analyze the data, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results obtained to identify 16 components and 65 indicators, whose naming was based on theoretical foundations.

This study aimed to explain the mediating role of human capital on the relationship between stuff's self-leadership and school's organizational agility. The research method was descriptive and correlational and data analysis method was SEM. The population consists of all administrators, principals, teachers and administrative staff first and second elementary school area of Rey that Using Cochran's sampling formula that Sample size was determined 170 persons by Stratified sampling with proportional allocation. For data collection used of self-leadership questionnaire of Abili and Mazari (2014) with the reliability (α =0/95), human capital questionnaire of Naderi (2011) with the reliability (α=0/97) and organizational agility questionnaire of Moradi (2013) with the reliability (α =0/96) for analyzing data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one sample t-test, stepwise regression and structural equation modeling was used. Results showed that self-leadership, human capital and organizational agility are higher than average. The correlation results showed that three variables correlate with each other this have significant relationship (p <0/01). Structural equation modeling showed that self-leadership (γ=0/60) on human capital and HC (β=0/81) on organizational agility have impact. Also self-leadership indirectly and with Mediating of HC impact on organizational agility (γ=0/39) but have not directly impact on organizational agility. It can be concluded that self-responsibility and self-initiate-based behaviors such as self-leadership, provides not only growth human capital, but also facilitate organizational agility through human capital.
