The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social Undermining and job involvement of employees with the role of spirituality in work, organizational agility and ethical climate. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling methods.Among 292 employees of the general department of education of Lorestan Province, 169 were selected by relative stratified random sampling. data were collected from 5 questionnaires: Duffy et al (2002), Edwards & Kilpatrick (1984), Sharifi & Zhang (1999), Millman et al (2003), and Victor & Cullen's ethical climate (1988) and partial least squares method and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis. The results showed: Social undermining has a significant negative relationship with job involvement and has no relationship with ethical climate, organizational agility and spirituality at work. Organizational agility and spirituality at work have a significant positive relationship with job involvement, but ethical climate has no significant positive relationship with job involvement. Organizational agility and spirituality at work as positive mediators of social undermining and job involvement have a positive role, but the ethical climate has no effect.

The persent study investigated the relationship between Organizational Forgetting With organizational Innovation and Organizational Agility was conducted in Isfahan Education Statistical reserch, education and community organizations Isfahan city that consisted of 450 patients .Based on sample size Kertesi and Morgen(1970) , 207 stratified random sampling methods were use for . Searching tools of Salavati et al Organizational Forgetting Questionnaire (1392) , with 17 items , Esmaeil et al Organizational Innovation Questionnaire (2002), with 33 items and Sharifi and Jang Organizational Agility Questionnaire (2004) , with 29 items colleagues validity was confirmed by experts Management of reliability using Chrobak were for Intentional and Accidental Organizational Forgetting Questionnaire (97% ,79%) , organizational Innovation Questionnaire(84%) , organizational Agility Questionnaire(77%) and zero persent is calculated . Using version 22 of statistical package in social sciences (SPSS) , the analysis of this research was done in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics .The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Intentional Organizational Forgetting with organizational Innovation(r= 0/37 ,p<0/05 ) and there is a significant inverse relationship between Accidental Organizational Forgetting with organizational Innovation (r= -0/14 ,p<0/05 ) . There is a significant relationship between Intentional Organizational Forgetting with organizational Agility(r=0/41 ,p<0/05 ) ,but between Accidental Organizational Forgetting with organizational Agility were not significant .Results showed the best predictor of organizational Innovation is Intentional Organizational Forgetting, and only predictor of Agility organizational was Intentional Organizational Forgetting .

The research method was descriptive and correlational and data analysis method was SEM. The population consists of all administrators, principals, teachers and administrative staff first and second elementary school area of Rey that Using Cochran's sampling formula that Sample size was determined 170 persons by Stratified sampling with proportional allocation. For data collection used of self-leadership questionnaire of Abili and Mazari (2014) with the reliability (α =0/95), human capital questionnaire of Naderi (2011) with the reliability (α=0/97) and organizational agility questionnaire of Moradi (2013) with the reliability (α =0/96) for analyzing data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one sample t-test, stepwise regression and structural equation modeling was used. Results showed that self-leadership, human capital and organizational agility are higher than average. The correlation results showed that three variables correlate with each other this have significant relationship (p <0/01). Structural equation modeling showed that self-leadership (γ=0/60) on human capital and HC (β=0/81) on organizational agility have impact. Also self-leadership indirectly and with Mediating of HC impact on organizational agility (γ=0/39) but have not directly impact on organizational agility.
