The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of psychological capital training on organizational socialization and job burnout of Khorramabad education staff. The research method was quasi-experimental and its design was pre-test-post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all education staff in Khorramabad, whose number at the time of the study was about 1534. The statistical sample of the study was 30 people (due to the semi-experimental nature of the study) was selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Data collection tools included Taormina (1994) Organizational Socialization Questionnaire and Maslash et al. (1996). Data analysis was performed by analysis of covariance. The results of analysis of covariance showed that the adjusted means of socialization scores and burnout in the experimental and control groups were significantly different. Sociability (4.391) F = and (0.04) P =; Burnout: F = (29.339) and P = (0.001) which was significant at the level of 0.05. The use of psychological capital training will increase organizational socialization and reduce employee burnout; therefore, psychological capital training can be used to strengthen the organizational sociability behavior of education staff and reduce their burnout.

The aim of this study is "examine and evaluate relationship between the positive leadership strategies with teachers psychological capital". For this purpose The study population consisted of all elementary school teachers in 2 City of tehran htat academic year 94-95 have been teaching,that 270 samples were selected according to a formula Krejcie and Morgan. Then the data were collected through the two questionnaires. The research method was descriptive - Survey and were investigated by using correlational and structural equation modeling. The findings from this study indicate that there is significant and positive relationship between positive leadership and its dimensions with psychological capital in the schools. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological capital components (self-efficacy, hope, resiliency and optimism) and organizational citizenship behaviors due to the moderating role of conscientiousness. Research statistical population was the employees of a public sector organization in Ahvaz city. From the statistical population mentioned above, two hundred seventy nine persons were selected by convenience sampling. Research instruments were psychological capital questionnaire (Nguyen et al, 2012), organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (Lee & Allen, 2002) and conscientiousness questionnaire (De Nevea & Oswald, 2012). Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Results revealed that, there is a positive significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behaviors. Also the results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between psychological capital and conscientiousness and between conscientiousness and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results of moderated hierarchical regression analysis indicated that conscientiousness has been moderates the relationship between self-efficacy and hope with organizational citizenship behaviors toward individuals.
