The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of self-development on job performance of University of Science and Culture employees. The research was an applied research based on goal and in terms of study type was quantitative and from the methodological view, was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included 110 formal and contract staff of the University of Science and Culture at 2020-2021 that using stratified sampling method with proportional allocation, 86 of them were selected as the sample. To collect data from the two self-developed questionnaires of Abili and Mazari (2014) with a reliability of 0.92 and job performance with a reliability of 0.90, used, which is a combination of two questionnaires of Byrne et al (2005) and Conway (1999) is obtained. Examination of the research model showed that it fits well with the data. The results showed that self-development with a coefficient of 0.41 had an effect on employees' job performance. Also, self-development has had an effect on task performance with a coefficient of 0.30 and on field performance with a coefficient of 0.15. Also, the effect of four components of self-development on job performance was evaluated, which self-regulation and self-leadership with a coefficient of 0.17 and 0.28, respectively, had an effect on job performance. The hypothesis of the effect of self-management and self-directed learning components on job performance was rejected in this study.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational identity and burnout with job performance of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose. This research is one of the descriptive correlational researches. The statistical population of this study was the teachers (male and female) of the secondary school in District 2 of Khorramabad city. Cheney (1983), Maslach & Jackson (1885) burnout questionnaires, and the job performance of Byrne et al. (2005) were used to collect data. The reliability of the instrument is calculated using Cronbach's alpha and the composite reliability. Face validity and confirmatory factor analysis were used to check the validity. In order to analyze the data, statistical methods of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and structural equation modeling have been used. The results are as follows: a) There is a positive relationship between membership, loyalty and organizational similarity as components of organizational identity with job performance of teachers of the second secondary school in District 2 of Khorramabad city; B) There is an inverse relationship between emotional burnout, depersonalization, and reduction of motivation and regression with job performance of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad city; C) There is an inverse relationship between emotional burnout, depersonalization and reduction of motivation and regression with organizational loyalty of secondary school teachers in District 2 of Khorramabad city.

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Investigate The Relationship Between SelfEfficacy, Work Engagement And Inner Motivation With Teacher's Job Performance. The Statistical Population Of This Research Was All Teachers Of Shadegan City In 1395,Numbering About 540 People. The Statistical Sample In This Research Was A Random Sampling Method And 200 teachers From The Morgan Table Were Selected. The Instruments Used In This Study Were Sherer Self-Efficacy Inventory (1999) Utrecht's Job Passion(2002),Carrie's Internal Motivation (2012), And Paterson's (2000) Job Performance Questionnaire. This Research Is Work In Terms Of The Component Part Of The Research And In Terms Of Implementation It Is A Part Of Correlation Research. The Results Of This Study Showed That There Is A Significant Positive Correlation Between Self-Efficacy And Teacher's Job Performance Using Pearson Correlation Coefficient And Regression. There Is A Significant Positive Relationship Between Work Engagement And Teacher's Job Performance. There Is A Significant Positive Correlation Between The Internal Motivation And The Teacher's Job Performance The Self-Efficacy Variable With A Beta Coefficient Of 38%, Job-Seeking Variables With A Beta Coefficient Of 32%, And An Internal Motivation Variable With A Beta Coefficient Of 29% Can Positively And Significantly Predict The Performance Of The Teachers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of information and communication technology with the self-efficacy and job performance among staff of technical and vocational training organization, in Iran. The sample consisted of 226 staff of the technical and vocational training organization which 135 men and 91 women were selected randomly. The instruments were questionnaire consisting of 28 questions of information and communication technology, 17 questions of general self- efficacy questionnaire and 15 questions of Paterson's job performance questionnaire. Reliability coefficient calculated in this study for ICT questionnaires, self-efficacy and job performance, were 0.917, 0.740 and 0.876. respectively. Independent samples t test was used to examine the differences of average between men and women. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to diagnos normall distribution data and to assess the relationship between the variables Spearman correlation test and regression analysis were also used. The results showed that there are no significant differences the between men and women. There is significant relationship between the use of ICT with self-efficacy and job performance. There was no significant relationship between relevant components of the use of the Internet and Internet services with job performance.

The performance of organizations, meaning that alone justifies the existence of survival and even the dissolution of SazmanHast and organizations primarily philosophy, the same function respectively. Purpose of this study was the impact organizational change strategy on job performance teachers Sanandaj city. Research method was descriptive- correlation And among teachers of all grade levels sanandaj city and with the method available sampling a sample of 372 people were chosen. Measuring tool was standard questionnaires job performance Byrne et al (2005), and organizational change strategies salvati and salasi (1393). For variables Cronbach's alpha Calculated was Represents Reliability satisfying and coordination of the questionnaire. Used To test this hypothesis from Pearson’s correlation coefficient, factor analysis, path analysis. The results showed in between Dimension Strategies; experimental- rational, normative- retraining and Change-oriented With Job performance teachers there is a significant positive relationship; But between strategies mandatory – authority With Job performance teachers there is no significant relationship.

The presented research is provided to investigate relationship Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation: Mediators in the relationship between accountability & job performance and satisfaction using descriptive-correlation method. The population was 640 Faculty members of University of Tabriz. Also, the sample size was 180 which selected stratified random sampling, using Kokran formula. The collected data in this research has used five questionnaire as follow Hochwarter et al (2005) Measure of accountability, Paterson’s (1990) job performance Scale, Brayfield & Roths’s (1951) job satisfaction Scale, Podsakoff’s (1990) Orgaizational citizenship behavior scale and Hochwarter, Ferris and Zinko’s reputation scale (2007) respectively. The reliability thorough Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.70, 0.88, 0.65, 0.81 and 0.87, respectively. For statistical analysis, Pierson correlation and structural equation modeling have been used. The results of study indicate accountability has significant positive relationship and direct impact on Orgaizational citizenship behavior. Also, Orgaizational citizenship behavior has significant positive relationship and direct impact on reputation. Furthermore; the results of study indicate that path analysis of reputation on job performance is significant. Hence, Mediator role of Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation in relationship between accountability and job performance is certified. Moreover, the results of study indicate that path analysis of reputation on job satisfaction is not significant. Hence, Mediator role of Orgaizational citizenship behavior and reputation in relationship between accountability and job satisfaction is not certified
