Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between employees' organizational silence and the management style and professional ethics of managers in Farhangian University of Zahedan. The method of doing descriptive research was correlation. The statistical population includes all employees and managers in Farhangian University of Zahedan city, 130 people, 100 of whom were selected as the sample size through Shadeh random sampling method. The research tools were organizational silence (Vakula and Boradas, 2005), managers' management style questionnaire (Moghimi, 2009) and professional ethics questionnaire (Armito et al., 2011). The content validity of the research tool and the reliability of the tool were estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the organizational silence questionnaire (0.80), managers' management style questionnaire (0.81) and professional ethics questionnaire (0.81). Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to analyze the research hypotheses. The results of this research showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational silence of employees, management style and professional ethics of managers in Farhangian University. Also, there was a significant relationship between the components of organizational silence of employees with the management style and professional ethics of managers at Farhangian University, and there was also a significant relationship between the management style of managers with the professional ethics of managers and its components at Farhangian University. Among managers' management styles, managers' collaborative management style could predict 68% of employees' organizational silence, and among the components of professional ethics, managers' social responsibility component could predict 60.8% of employees' organizational silence.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the principles and standards of professional ethics of managers and educational assistants in District One, Sanandaj and its challenges. The approach of qualitative research and its strategy is interpretive phenomenology. The statistical population consisted of 8 principals and deputies of high schools for boys in District One, Sanandaj. They were selected through purposeful and criterion-based sampling method (brilliant work results and participation in professional ethics workshops for school management) also the data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and then the interviews were analyzed. In this way, at first, some of the interviews were carefully studied and categories were created based on the key points. The findings showed. 1- Definitions of educational administrators and assistants of professional ethics in schools include observance of specific rules and regulations of a profession and occupation, religious principles and principles, values and social norms. 2. Principles such as self-direction, having a vision, professional abilities, respect and commitment and responsibility in the workplace should govern professional ethics in schools. 3. Challenges of managers' professional ethics including structural challenges (lack of a comprehensive standard of professional ethics, inconsistencies between administrative regulations, centralized management, uncertainty of goals, consideration of the relationship instead of criteria) and individual challenges including (Passivity of managers and deputies, one-dimensionality, failure to provide real statistics by managers and deputies).

This research is being done among the teachers of Meshkin shahr. the purpose of this research is to survey relationship between professional ethics, social capital and organizational citizenship behaviour. presrnt research is descriptive and a practical research. This research is in the category of solidarity. Statistical society of this research is all the high teachers (563) that they are teaching in 94-95 educational year. According to Morgan table 225 peapole of them by rank chance are chosen sample (122 men, 103 women) For collecting information for present research questionnaire is used. To analyse data descriptive statistics and inferential statistics is used, for the descriptive statistics in this research variables paid like average standard deviation, variance and demographics variant like age, sexuality, educational condition, years of service. after that for inferential statistic, in order to survey validity of questionnaire confirmatory factor analysis is used. To survey the hypothesis of Structural equation modeling, structural equation modeling method with the help of software is used SmartPLS 3. Research discoveries show that there is a direct relationship between professional ethics component and organizational citizenship behaviour. Also there is a positive relationship between social capital component and organizational citizenship behavior. In the end there are some suggestions.
